Shipping

If the product is in stock, your order is usually delivered within 2–5 business days. For shipments to Belgium, delivery may take 1–2 additional business days.

In line with our commitment to sustainability, we maintain limited stock. This means that some products may be made after your order is placed, which can result in a longer delivery time than you may be used to. This also applies to custom-made items.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight and size of your order.

Free shipping applies within the Netherlands for orders over €30 and within Belgium for orders over €75.

Please note that we rely on external carriers. As a result, delivery times may vary in exceptional cases.

Returns

Not completely satisfied? No problem.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Please note that custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned and are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Once your return request has been submitted, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days via the original payment method.
