Shipping

If the product is in stock, your order will usually be delivered within 2-5 business days. For shipments to Belgium, delivery may take 1-2 business days longer.

For sustainability reasons, we maintain limited stock, which sometimes means that products need to be made after you place your order. This may result in a longer delivery time than you might be used to from us. This also applies to custom-made products. 

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout, depending on the weight and size of your order.

Free shipping applies within the Netherlands for orders over €30 and within Belgium for orders over €75.

We depend on external carriers. Therefore, delivery times may deviate in exceptional cases.

Returns

Not entirely satisfied? No problem.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to register your item(s) for return.
Please note, custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned and are exempt from the legal right of withdrawal. 

After registration, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

Return costs are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.

You can easily request a return via our contact form or by emailing info@getyourpunq.com.

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method.
