Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom or made-to-order products (including personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (for example grooming products)

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 14 days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
