At PUNQ, we stand behind the quality of our products. That's why we offer a 1-year warranty on PUNQ dog collars and leashes.

This warranty is in addition to the statutory warranty.

What is covered by the warranty?
We offer a warranty on material and manufacturing defects of:

• BioThane®
• Paracord
• Hardware such as buckles, rings and clasps

Conditions
The warranty is only applicable under normal use.

What is not covered by the warranty?

• Wear and tear from use
• Damage caused by the dog (biting, pulling, chewing)
• Damage due to incorrect use or improper maintenance
• Cosmetic changes such as scratches or discoloration

Assessment
For a warranty claim, we will assess the product. If there is a material or manufacturing defect, we will provide a suitable solution, such as repair or replacement.
