How quickly will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible and usually delivered within 2–5 business days


Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track & trace link via email to follow your package.


What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order, these are automatically calculated at checkout. 
For orders over €30,-, shipping is free within the Netherlands. Do you live in Hoogeveen? Then you benefit from local delivery and pay no shipping costs. 


Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return within 14 days of shipment.
Return costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.


How do I request a return?

Send a message via our contact form or by emailing info@getyourpunq.com with your order number.
We will send you the return instructions by email.


When will I get my money back after a return?

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the amount within 5 business days via the same payment method.


What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@getyourpunq.com.
Send a photo of the product and packaging, and we will find a suitable solution together.


How do I maintain my punq products?

Clean Biothane with a damp cloth and possibly with mild soap. Dry it with a cloth and let it air dry completely.
Paracord can be rinsed with lukewarm water. Dry by dabbing with a dry cloth, avoid heat, dryers and aggressive cleaning agents.


What materials are your products made from?

Our products are handmade in the Netherlands from durable materials such as Biothane, paracord, and brass or coated metal parts.
Everything is designed to last, be beautiful, practical, and comfortable. Even with normal use, it remains a product that is daily exposed to friction and weather conditions, which can eventually lead to visible wear, just like with any other pet product. 


Can I change or cancel my order?

You can, as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

Does punq also ship outside the Netherlands?

Currently, we only ship within the Netherlands, but we plan to deliver to Belgium and Germany soon.
